This page outlines the Enable Learners Cancellation Policy, created to ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency for all students and families.
A minimum of 24 hoursā notice is required for any lesson cancellation. With sufficient notice, you may request a refund or a reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursā notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling.
If more than 24 hoursā notice is provided, a lesson may be rescheduled once.
Make-up lessons must be booked within the same week or no later than the following week. After this period, the session is forfeited.
It is the responsibility of the student/parent to propose a new time within the allowed rescheduling window.
Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes for the student to join the session.
If the student joins within this 15-minute window, the session will continue, but it will still end at the original scheduled time.
If the student has not joined after 15 minutes and has not made contact, the session is marked as a no-show.
If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, or arrives after the 15-minute waiting period, the session is considered taken and charged in full.
Exceptions may be granted in special circumstances at the tutorās discretion. Please understand that exceptions are not guaranteed.
