Cancelation Policy

To ensure fairness and consistency for all students, please take note of the following policies regarding lesson cancellations and rescheduling:

Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any lesson cancellation. You can ask for a refund or rescheduling. 

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and not eligible for rescheduling.
  
  

🔁 Rescheduling

• When notice is given in advance (more than 24 hours), the lesson can be rescheduled once.

• Make-up lessons must be arranged within the same week or the following week at the latest. After that, the session is forfeited.

• It is the responsibility of the student/parent to propose a new time within that period.
  
  

⚠️ No-Shows

• If a student does not show up for a lesson without prior notice, the session is considered taken and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  
  

💡 Exceptions

• Exceptions may be made in special circumstances after evaluation, but please understand that this cannot be guaranteed.
