This page outlines the Enable Learners Cancellation Policy. The policy is designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and respect for everyone’s time. Lesson slots are reserved in advance, and tutors dedicate time to planning and preparation for each session. Late cancellations affect both tutors and other students who may be waiting for availability.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the lesson may be rescheduled once, subject to tutor availability. The make-up lesson must take place within the same week or by the end of the following week.
Rescheduled lessons cannot be rescheduled again. If a rescheduled lesson is missed, the session is forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling.
All bookings are non-refundable. When sufficient notice is provided, a reschedule will be offered instead of a refund.
Rescheduled lessons must occur within the stated timeframe and cannot be accumulated for future weeks or school holidays.
It is the responsibility of the student or parent to propose a suitable alternative time within the allowed rescheduling window.
Lessons included in a subscription cannot be refunded or carried forward to future billing periods.
If 24 hours’ notice is provided, a lesson may be rescheduled once, subject to tutor availability and within the standard rescheduling timeframe.
If a lesson is missed without the sufficient notice, the session is considered taken.
Subscription cancellations require at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing date. If this notice period is not provided, one additional week of tutoring will be charged before the cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or message).
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the reserved lesson slot.
Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes for the student to join the session.
If the student joins within this 15-minute window, the session will continue, but it will still end at the original scheduled time.
If the student has not joined after 15 minutes and has not made contact, the session will be recorded as a no-show and the tutor will end the meeting.
If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior 24 hours notice, or arrives after the 15-minute waiting period, the session is considered taken and charged in full.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have a working internet connection and access to the lesson platform. Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
Exceptions may be granted in special circumstances at the tutor’s discretion. Please understand that exceptions are not guaranteed.
